The entity responsible for the personal data treatment provided by the “USER” shall be identified as Christus Latam Hub Center of Excellence and Innovation S.C. (Hereinafter “CHRISTUS CEI”) with address in Av. Lázaro Cárdenas No. 2321, Colonia Residencial San Agustín, San Pedro Garza García, C.P. 66260.
Personal data and sensitive information treated and processed by “CHRISTUS CEI”:
To provide any resolution to any request initiated by a “USER”, “CHRISTUS CEI” will collect and process personal information and contact data.
Primary Purposes:
“CHRISTUS CEI” will process such personal information to fulfill any or all the following purposes:
- To verify the “USER” identity.
- To attend, process and follow up any service request, information, comment, or suggestion referred by the “USER”.
- To process the “USER” information in job opportunities in the job board of “CHRISTUS CEI”.
You are hereby notified that there cannot be an opposition for processing your personal data for the previously referred primary purposes as such treatment is required to fulfill several obligations derived from the relationship between the “USER” and “CHRISTUS CEI”.
Secondary Purposes
Additionally, “CHRISTUS CEI” may use the “USER” personal information for the following secondary purposes that may not be required for the requested service, but ease the execution and quality of the services:
- For future interactions.
- To send promotional information regarding the services of “CHRITUS CEI”;
- To request completion of surveys and evaluations aimed to improve products and services quality.
